Ok my ATI Crossfire setup says it needs 2 cards, one of them being a graphics card (in this case a Radeon X1900XTX) and the other a being a X1900 Crossfire edition. Do these cards both work together to provide better graphics or do the two cards just help one another with the load?
Will 2 graphics cards supply better graphics, or more stability?
The cards support each other in this configuration, providing increased perfomance. What they do is split the load, so that each card only processes half the screen, then it's recombined so you get blazing speed. This is a gamers dream...
Reply:your computer can only use one card
don't waste your money one two
Reply:Make sure you have a strong enough CPU or the graphics will be bottle necked by the CPU.
Reply:um, neither can i say?
It COULD give better graphics, but it mainly just give it about twice the power of 1 card.
