Are there any decent graphics cards out there for a normal PCI slot?

I need a graphic card that has:

~256 mb ram

~Ver. 3.0 shaders

~3d accelerated software

~HW Transform and lighting

The only slots I have available are the standard PCI slots

no
Reply:yews the GeForce 6200 LE will fit a standard PCI I believe but you might want to check with someone at best buy or circuit city.

It will run you about 60 to 70 dollars for a 256mb.
