Is it possible to use an Nvidia and a Radeon graphics card to up the performance of my pc?

They are both old graphics cards, (Nvidia FX 5200 and Radeon 9200) and I wasn't sure if i could make my pc run better using them both with a single monitor or not. I know i just need to upgrade but currently cannot.

I do not think that they can be linked together. Sorry but they would probably conflict with eachother.
Reply:u cant count on good pc performance,by usin a graphic card ,that also depends o wat mobo u have, today on is a serious matter.u cant do like back in then days ,buy any video card and install it.research ur mobo.mobo(motherboard).
Reply:Only if the computer is delayed because the graphics processing is not keeping up with demand. This means that a graphics game or video editing tools might (just might) run faster with a faster, more capable video interface. However, it also assumes that the system can leverage this power--not all can.
