What is the best website for computer parts, and lowest prices youve seen I need motherboards, Graphics cards,
Newegg.com is a consistently good site. They may not always be the very cheapest, but they're reliable and have fast shipping and usually within 5 bucks of the lowest price. If you find what you want on newegg and then want to see how their price compares to others, check out pricegrabber.com and do a search for that particular part.

truth - I would have to question the ethics of a site that is attempting to play on the name of Google. The site worldwidegoogleshop.com does not appear to have any connection with Google (nothing mentioned in the About Us link). The site also uses YahooMail for their principle email addresses, another sign to me that the company isn't serious enough to use a commercial domain for their correspondence. I'd use extreme caution and do a bit of homework before considering this site.
