You can try typing a search of computer stores near Colombia, MO. I think it would be easier to do a search on www.pricewatch.com, they sell all kinds of video cards and the shipping is reasonable. Possibly compusa, bestbuy, and circuit city might sell some video cards; but their selection is probably limited and overpriced.
