well... not to be mean, but most all video cards (no matter how old) the good ones are going to be near 100 dollars.
you don't need anything more than that anyways because i'm guessing the pc is probably pretty old, like everyone's now days.
you have to research your specific pc model and everything to find out what graphics cards it can even take.
NOT ALL computers can take the same graphics cards. you may even end up hurting your computer if you don't look into this.
find out what your specific pc model name is and all the details about it. cpu, ram, motherboard, etc. this will help you find out what other people have done in your situation.
